Dirty Sheets, Towels, and Floor

While the check-in agent was wonderful, housekeeping, had not actually cleaned the room. We checked in, left for event, and came back late at night. Hair on the sheets underneath the cover – had been slept in and not changed into fresh sheets, food stuck to the floor that the dogs immediately found, in the morning went to take a shower and the towels were dirty, but had been folded and put back on the shelf as though they were new – long black hairs and something dark/sticky all over it, and our dog found someone else’s dirty sock somewhere in the room. Dog bowl, treats, blanket, advertised were never offered to us. The only positive is that they allowed us to have two dogs. Very calmly and politely Informed the front desk agent of the condition of the room at checkout, and all I got was “Oh, ok, I will tell the manager on duty later.”
