Better Than Expected
Ocean Breeze Club HotelOur room was clean and much larger than we expected. The hotel is a little old and run down could definitely use some updates but we were satisfied with our three night stay. We had a large balcony overlooking the ocean which was gorgeous each morning. The only cons were the elevators being really slow and there is limited parking directly on site so we had to park in there extra lot across the street most of the time.

Went To The Park Instead
St. Augustine LighthouseThere’s a boat ramp down the road with a long pier. We decided to check it out and got some good views of the lighthouse!

Great Time!
Castillo de San Marcos National MonumentWhile we couldn’t go inside the fort, we could go around everything and check out the water and views. We all had a great time and it’s close to shopping and food!

Great Staff! Good Food!!
Taberna del CaballoBeautiful place to eat. We had about a 15 minute wait so we went to the bar and got drinks right away. Bartender was a pleasure to talk to and our pup Tank was a big hit! Pork nachos and margaritas were amazing!

Clean And Very Dog Friendly!
The Smart Stay InnRooms were clean and everything has been recently remodeled. Staff was very friendly! Beds were comfy which is a must for us lol. They have a small fenced in area to let your pup run around and they provide poop bags. Location is ok, about 15 minutes to downtown and beaches.
