Good park/rough owners and dogs

I had the same experience as the German Shepherd pup owner. I took my 10 month puppy to the Clow Stephens dog park recently and the other dogs were very aggressive. My dog is used to being around lots of other dogs and plays well with all of them. She was trying to run away from the other dogs. The owners let their dog try to mount my 11 year old child too! Then told her when I was out of ear shot that little kids aren’t allowed in the park.. The other owners didn't seem to step in much which was disappointing. I'm sure the park would be much better if people took their overly excited/aggressive dogs out of the dog park.
