Good dog friendly option for this area

If you are looking to stay close to Hampton Beach and you have a small dog this motel is one of your few choices. The motel was in decent shape and fairly clean.

I subtracted one bone for the following:
1. The place to bring your dog to use the bathroom is a decent walk away. If it's cold or raining you should be prepared. It would be nice if they had a patch of grass somewhere on the premises.
2. The price is high for the quality of the motel and the proximity to the beach. Especially when you add the pet fee.

Some advice: Hampton Beach is not the most dog friendly area. We found no places we could go with our dog nearby. This is no fault of the motel obviously. But it is a consideration when paying extra to bring your dog to this area. Even places with outdoor seating did not allow dogs.
