No maximum pet fee
Quality InnThe staff was wonderful, but upon arrival I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $780 in “pet rent” for 14 nights. Most places have a maximum of $250, but this place will charge you per pet, per day with no maximum. I was also told that I shouldn’t question the fee because they already made an exception for me. Basically threatened to cancel the reservation if I didn’t pay it.

Very intuitive staff
Hilton Garden Inn Champaign UrbanaStaff was friendly and accepting of the fur babies as well as their driver (me!). Not only were they willing to love on the animals, they were able to offer me multiple ways to relax after I got the little masters off to bed. Fantastic experience.

Very Accommodating!
Comfort Suites Appleton AirportCame through without planning ahead. I didn’t know there was a huge aviation event happening. Everywhere was sold out, but the staff here worked overtime to help me find a solution. They helped me switch rooms, and made the whole experience very pain free and acted with empathy and grace. The facility was very nice as well. They earned their bones on this review. It could have been a awful experience given the chaos of the event. Instead, the staff rallied and made sure my dogs and I had a roof over our head!
