Ovetnite stop
Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Monticello an IHG HotelFirst of all, check in was the fastest ever! Rooms were modern & very clean. Staff friendly. Pool area was spacious. Pool was larger than typical roadside hotel. No bkfst but u can order items the night before that are ready in morn. K cup in room as well as microwave. We were in dog wing. Heard a bark or two while in hallway but not when in rooms. Negatives: took a bit for me to figure out TV. Halfway between grand strand of SC and NYC taking the 81 route. Will stay again. Thank you.

Deerfield Beach stay
Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield BeachPet rooms had hardwood floors which were nice. Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean w microwave, fridge & coffee maker. Staff VERY friendly. Negatives: $10 for parking, surprise! Pool not in operation, surprise! They charge your CC a $50 fee returned on checkout. Annoying. Complimentary breakfast was a riddle, couldn't find it and gave up. Would stay again and find that breakfast.

Dog Park at Doherty ParkPaid the fee , and use the park every day. the regulars are all friendly . i like the hilly rocky portion of the park

So Dog Friendly
Barton OrchardsThey have made a big effort to be dog friendly. Large and small fenced in Park.
Patio outside Tap house that you can sit at or walk around grounds (on a leash of course.)
Great when they have events which are always fun.
