Excellent customer service
Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort an IHG HotelAll the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Not happy that I had to pay $47 per night for valet parking.

Disappointed
Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount an IHG HotelWe reserved a king suite and when we arrived they have is a Queen. I was too tired to say anything at that point. Later in the evening front desk called room and asked what are last name was and then told me I signed wrong reservation when we checked in. Told him I signed what he gave me and that we got wrong room we reserved king suite. He said they have no king suites(clueless). The bed is also dangerous close to the wall and air conditioning unit I almost tripped 2 times when trying to get to the bathroom. Other than that the place was great!!!
