Awful Hotel

We did not have a good experience staying at MainStay. The room was nothing like it showed in the photos. It looked so much nicer on the web, the pictures looked like they might have been taken when it was first built or redone. Did not feel that the room was that clean either. The shower sucked, barely any warm water, and no pressure whatsoever. When we booked, it showed we would get a continental breakfast, and we got nothing. No sign on the door or any kind of notice. Guy at the desk said they stopped serving that breakfast 2 weeks prior to our arrival. It wasn't cheap to stay there and we got nothing, not even a bucket to get some ice either; we had to use a pot and pan. Will never go back there again! VERY DISAPPOINTED and UNHAPPY!
