Days Inn by Wyndham Wildwood I-75The staff was friendly and pleasant. That is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. I almost drove away when I arrived to find windows boarded over with plywood and very suspicious characters hanging out in the parking lot and outside the hotel rooms. However, I only needed to stay for two nights so I checked in. I did not get shot or robbed, so I consider myself fortunate!

Quiet and pet friendly
Towneplace Suites by Marriott HorshamI was offered my choice of floors on check-in. The room was clean except for a line of mold or dirt behind the bathroom mirror. There were a few sketchy people wandering around at night, but I felt safe in my room and during the day.

1863 Inn of GettysburgWalking distance to almost everything! Great old hotel. Did not get to meet resident ghost. 😔

Retro Fun
The Thunderbird InnStaff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a treat for my dog at check-in. Hotel is cute and well-kept. The doughnuts at breakfast are awesome!

Hotel staff ruined my trip
Graduate Columbia SCI was in town to see the Eagles in concert. The room was clean and nicely decorated-not the issue. My husband and I left our elderly and deaf dog sleeping in the room; 45 minutes into the concert I received a call from the front desk saying my dog was barking and I needed to return and quiet her. We had to leave an amazing and expensive concert (no re-entry). When we got to the hotel, our dog was fast asleep exactly as we left her and the dog in the next room was barking. I asked the front desk person if he actually walked down the hallway and listened at the doors to determine whose dog was barking and he wouldn't answer the question. Just kept saying he'd received multiple complaints about excessive barking.

Dog Friendly
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa Bay Area-Tampa SouthWe had a positive experience at La Quinta, but there is very little grassy area to walk dogs. Other than that, no problems!

Very nice!
Best Western Plus Duluth SugarloafRoom was nice and clean. There is a special dogwalking area with poo bags. (BTW-it is Best Western now-no longer LaQuinta.)
