Sheraton North not so good customer service
Sheraton North Houston at George Bush IntercontinentalBooked on Bring ido, however when I needed basic help, I was told that since I booked 3rd party I should reach out to them. Not what you expect from this big of a hotel chain. No basic customer service was offered as I booked 3rd party.

Great staff, Lousy Wifi
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque MidtownHotel was great. Staff was awesome. Wifi was nonexistent, there was a signal, but Wifi speed was capped at 1-Mbps. Can't say this will work for people like me who were there for business.
