Good restaurant and nice to dog

The food at this restaurant is very good, somewhat upscale Chinese food. Patio is very small and in the side of the parking lot facing main road, but decorated well with plants. Service was very good and space for small dog easily. Not many people on patio as only can seat few tables there, but if want Chinese and have the dog it works fine !
