A great pet friendly place to stay!
Shaker Mill InnCan't say enough nice things about our stay at the end of August. The inn keepers were very friendly and welcoming to my husband, myself and our 2 dogs. The room (honeymoon suite) was very comfortable and spacious with everything you could possibly need, even a welcome basket for the dogs and wine for their parents🐶Having a private entrance and our own back deck made it super convenient to take out our 2 girls, Daisy and Violet. Very dog friendly town and close by restaurants a plus. Such a beautiful experience already can't wait to go back!

We didn't want to leave!!
Mill Falls at the LakeStayed in the Birch Lodge at Church Landing with our 2 dogs. I cant say enough about how gorgeous this place is and all it has to offer. This room was beautiful and comfortable with it's own fireplace and 2 person whirlpool. The staff was very welcoming to the dogs . We were given gourmet dog treats upon arrival and were told the dogs were welcome in any of the common areas of the inn( and there are many), with just a few exceptions. They also provided raised dog beds and water and food bowls in the room. Also, this room is ground level with it's own screened in patio and exterior door just steps from the lake which was so convenient to let the dogs out. Stunning views,a great restaurant and beautiful pools made for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Great place!
Bass Pro ShopsLove taking our 2 dogs here! A large 2 floor store with lots of interesting things to look at for all of us. They have a pet aisle with lots of great safety gear for hiking and dog toys. Trail out back makes for a nice walk. Also there is restaurant inside the store that has a few tables for shoppers with their 4 legged friends. Very nice server brought out water for our girls, and lunch was excellent.

A Favorite Spot
O'Briens PubO'Briens is a cool place we visit frequently with our 2 pups! By far one of the most dog friendly places is this region. Great menu for humans and dogs,and the dogs get lots of attention. It is on very busy Thames street with lots going on so folks with nervous pups may want to be cautious.

What a find!!
The BridgeOn a road trip down the coast with our 2 girls Daisy and Violet,( I checked in with Bring Fido as I always due when we travel anywhere),and we discovered this wonderful restaurant!! We had a great shaded seat on the outdoor patio overlooking the river. The server Miranda was wonderful and was super sweet to our girls,bringing them water immediately. The view was great and the food delicious! We will definately find our way back to The Bridge!
