Awful! Undeserving of even 1 bone.

We tried to check in at 5 pm and the room wasn’t ready. We were very patient but left at 8:21pm because the room still wasn’t ready AND we witnessed an employee buying drugs in the parking lot. The girl at the front desk actually gave us the keys to the room when we arrived at 5 even though it wasn’t ready. It was so gross. The bed...ugh! The bathroom (puke). The employees were so rude (I wouldn’t expect anything different). Do not stay here. It’s awful, all the way around. Also, I will not book through BringFido again, either, because they would not refund our money even though our room wasn’t ready at 821pm. I was speechless when I received that info from a BringFido customer service agent.
