Quiet and convenient

Best Western Port Huron Blue Water Bridge

We stopped here after exploring the “thumb” of Michigan. The room was quiet but a little small compared to other Best Westerns we stayed at on the trip. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street for take out. There is a nice lawn for the dogs to play on. The breakfast was good. The fitness room was small and out of towels and water (after a long weekend). But everything worked. We’d stay again.

Nearest to Tesla supercharger

First Choice Inns at the Swell

(Like next door). Clean new hotel just back from the river. Green spots for dogs to sit out front for breakfast or in the evening. Nice new river walk too for walking the dogs. We had Lovely quiet room #118 facing the Powell museum. Nice full breakfast, complimentary local melon slices in the afternoon break. Nice indoor pool and small fitness center. We will go back when traveling through Green River.

Close to Bryce

Marianna Inn Panguitch

Clean and comfortable unpretentious motel. #18 was roomy and quiet though it was close to the starting point for the ATV rally. Our 3 dogs had a good night’s sleep. There’s a Nice area on the lawn or a short walk down MainStreet to Tandoori Taqueria where we sat outside and had a delicious dinner with our dogs on the front patio.
