Unclean room
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lancaster-Lititz an IHG HotelOur curtains in our room was dirty, moldy and had mildew across the bottom. I spoke to the manager and he did nothing. I asked for 2 rubber bands and knotted them up away from the air conditioning unit. So, will never go there again.
