Refused dog
Amato's Woodfired Pizza to GoExceptionally trained and well mannered dog was refused service on their empty covered patio in the rain. My friend still wanted pizza and it was $13 for the largest size that would not even be a small size at a normal pizza place. They were also skimpy on the toppings. Will never go back to a rude and sub par place.
Very nice employees
Sonesta Simply Suites Columbus Airport GahannaEmployees were pleasant and friendly, however the quality of the hotel was lacking. Badly needed maintenance, paint and cleaning.
Bugs!
Microtel Inn by Wyndham Albany AirportBugs on the walls, stained cushions, dirty shower, mold on toilet seat, hair on mattress, holes in wall and tears in wallpaper. Rude night employee and manager the next morning refused to refund money after I went to stay at another hotel. Did I mention BUGS CRAWLING ON THE WALLS?
Don’t Believe Photos
La Quinta by Wyndham Springfield ILHotel had weird smell like it was fragrance trying to overpower a bad odor. Things broken in the room, shower dirty, couldn’t open emergency exit doors. Employee looked terrified of my friendly dog and charged a $20 fee even though site says no pet fee. Hotel was so bad I called and BringFido worked hard to move me to Candlewood. La Quinta did reimburse me for the rooms and pet fee, but huge inconvenience and false advertising.
Excellent room and service
Best Western CambridgeAfter a long road trip this hotel was exactly what my dog and I needed. Clean room, pleasant employees. I’d stay here again.
So terrible I left
Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham TrinidadGrassy area was just dirt littered with feces. Hotel looked run down and when I tried to check in they couldn’t find my reservation. Employee had her kids running around behind the desk then came up and tried to pet my service dog who was in a clearly marked vest. I ended up leaving this unprofessional place and went to a different hotel.
Filthy
Quality Inn TrinidadHorrible stains in the bathtub, paint peeling on walls, dirty carpet, cracks in the sink. Outside there was broken glass and trash so be careful where you walk your dog.
very friendly staff
Element Omaha Midtown CrossingStudio apartment set up is excellent for me and my dog as we were traveling cross country. Comfortable bed, but some lights were burned out. Otherwise good and unique breakfast special was included. Every employee went above and beyond to make me and my dog feel welcomed.
Front desk clerk horrible
Sonesta Simply Suites AlbuquerqueDesk clerk hassled me about my service dog and refused to let me check in without going through an interrogation. He was rude and I ended up leaving and having to stay at a lesser hotel for more money. Manager was apologetic the next day, but the damage was already done.
Excellent customer service
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque MidtownThe hotel has some maintenance and cleanliness issues. However the friendly and professional staff makes up for an aging hotel. Nice small courtyard for the dogs to play and humans to barbecue or enjoy the weather is a nice unique feature of this hotel.
Extremely Impressed
Candlewood Suites Columbia East an IHG HotelThe customer service was outstanding as was the cleaning. When I was using the free WD, a lady spent the whole time cleaning each machine with a toothbrush. Outstanding and have since stayed at other Candlewood hotels because of such a positive experience here.
Nice Employee But Room Terrible
Extended Stay America Suites Toledo HollandThe room smelled disgusting, the tv didn’t work, you had to order your dishes/ silverware at this extended stay. Sketchy area with weird people milling around the parking lot and your car. People smoking right in front of the no smoking sign. Also inconvenient to get luggage inside as the doors didn’t open automatically or prop open. Floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed either.
