Smooth and straightforward process!

I was really nervous to book my cat a flight from Toronto to Kelowna, but it was the best option to get her out here. I booked with WestJet Cargo and the entire process was so easy. The day of, I was nervous for her travels but received departure emails and tracked the flights easily. My cat arrived happy and healthy, other than being tired and thirsty but she’s happy to be home! If the situation ever comes up again, I would book again with West Jet. Thank you for taking care of her during her travels!!
