Friendly staff - Unpleasant Room
Motel 6 Coos Bay OrTrue to others’ reviews, this Motel 6 was very clean and the staff was welcoming. However my room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I got a headache and felt sick. The bed was actually quite comfy. I left a night early because I couldn’t stand the smoke smell and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. No fridge or coffee, which made the price seem high for what you got.
Basic but friendly staff
La Quinta by Wyndham ReddingI’ve stayed at several LaQuintas with my dog and they are always lovely. This particular location was not my favorite. The room was outdated and didn’t have a fridge. They also put us right by the ice machine/vending machines which caused my pup to bark when someone passed by. Fine for one night - but not as cozy as many of the other LaQuintas I’ve stayed at. The staff was very welcoming with my dog.
Lovely experience
Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country PetalumaVery much enjoyed my stay at this hotel with my pup. There were several other dogs around that varied in size and weight. The trail was nice and there were several poo bag stations throughout. The staff was incredibly welcoming. Would definitely return!
Great location + Staff fairly welcoming
La Quinta by Wyndham Denver Englewood Tech CtrWe enjoyed our stay, however as we were heading out from breakfast a staff member left a bad taste in our mouth. In a very accusatory tone she said if your dog is a service animal they need to wear their vest or you need to leave. I said that he is a service animal and that we’re leaving anyways. It was very loud and disruptive and I’m sure why that staff member couldn’t have asked politely. Another guest told the worker that he had a service animal for many years but they didn’t always wear the vest, and reminded them that they are in customer service. The worker walked away muttering under her breath. The rest of the staff was kind and welcoming.
