In Its Death Throws.

First, the good points:
Good location, close to the Don Valley Pkwy.
Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area BUT they charged me $11.95 per day (plus tax) for parking!
Room and beds were comfortable.
Ground floor room was good with the dog.
Now the negatives. This place seems to be going downhill fast and staff/owners do not seem to care.
Despite all the signage regarding no smoking and fees charged if smoking, the hallway constantly smelled of dope.
I complained three times but the problem persisted.
There was no fridge in the room. Staff said they couldn't get me one.
The air conditioning unit in the room was very old and not sufficient. Its drain was plugged so it was leaking condensation and soaking the carpet. Staff were unconcerned.
The TV in the room stopped working. We got another remote but it still wouldn't work. Staff said they would send someone to deal with the TV but never did.
We reported all these issues but staff were unconcerned and unwilling to compensate in any way.
Won't be back!
