Friendly staff
Courtyard by Marriott Santa Barbara DowntownIt was unfortunate that the Inn was undergoing construction the weekend I was there -- but even so, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. It served it's purpose and was completely dog friendly, which was lovely. I had a problem with a coffee maker, but the staff promptly replaced it with a new one. It would have been hard if was spending a lot of time in the room on a weekday with the construction noise, but I was out a lot and the only construction was on Saturday morning to early afternoon.
