Have they heard of the pandemic?
Econo Lodge CameronWe made our reservation online the same day as arrival. We expected some type of acknowledgement of the COVID 19 pandemic - lobby staff acted like it was just another day. We had to fill out a form (I used my pen), show credit card, no protective plastic screen, no face mask on staff, no hand sanitizer. First room had no security lock. They assigned us another room - it was clean but very dated except for the flooring. Nice large walking area for dog and good comfortable beds.

Clean and caring motel
Super 8 by Wyndham TucumcariIn light of the current COVID 19 pandemic I was highly impressed with check in routine and careful attention to sanitation proctocols. They had a plastic shield in place, used hand sanitizer, required me to touch nothing except the room key. Room was updated, quiet, very clean. Area to walk dog was large, a little on the unkempt side but we didn't care. Only reason they didn't get 5 bones is due to the loudness of the air conditioner. Will stop again in the future.

Easy location, quick access
Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Santa RosaClean, comfortable bed with quality sheets and blankets, quiet room, nice breakfast array, and polite friendly staff. The pet outside area is a little small but the location doesn't leave a lot of options. for the hotel. This was the best lodging on our trip.

Clean and comfortable
Haysville Express InnNothing unpleasant about this motel. Easy to access from interstate, good desk clerk, clean & pleasant smelling room, nice small walking area for dogs. Nice quick items for breakfast to go!

Clean, not fancy
Motel 6 Alamogordo NMClean and comfortable room. Nice grassy walking area for dogs. Our older dog had trouble with the laminate flooring, would stay here again.
