An excellent stay

We recently stayed at the Federal House Inn and had a wonderful visit. There is one dog-friendly room available at the inn (Michael's Room), and it was extremely comfortable and accommodating. The location is beautiful and convenient, and the staff remarkable. Gayle and the entire team were so friendly and very sweet to our dog. During our stay, we enjoyed a social hour with other guests and an exceptional homemade three-course breakfast. The egg dish that was served is now a new favorite. Thank you, Federal House Inn! (One small thing to note, which was not a problem but might be helpful for others planning their trip: You must bring your dog with you if you leave the inn premises. If you are outside of your room but on the premises, your dog can be left alone in your room as long as he or she is in a crate.)
