Very tired room

The check-in was easy, staff was competent and friendly. The good stuff ended there. The room was
not acceptable. The sofa was covered with stains, the phone did not work, and whoever was staying upstairs had children who were running wild. No carpeting made it sound like a herd of elephants. We left and found another hotel
