Flea bites
Best Western Wesley Inn & SuitesI woke with flea bites over my leg from ankle to hip and across torso. Sent private email to manager but received no response. I don't understand how when we have stayed here before, not through BF but still with our dogs, it was a good experience. Maybe this was a one-off, but there's something to be appreciated about consistency.
Nice place but smelled pretty doggy
Best Western Plus Twin Falls HotelCould use a good scrub. Didn't look dirty but smelled like dog.
Great location
Holiday Inn Express Pendleton an IHG HotelFriendly front desk. Wish room were on 1st floor. Older dog just had knee surgery and not allowed to do stairs for several more weeks. He was a little afraid of elevator, but we got the hang of it. Only tiny problem was some pee stains in corner of room. Could tell room had been cleaned but needed new carpet.
Fenced in dog potty area!
Quality Inn & Suites ElkoWish people cleaned after their dogs, but I love that this hotel has this fenced area and bags available. Also room near door, just a really great set up. Thanks!
Fantastic customer service
Quality Inn and Suites Eugene - SpringfieldOnly complaint is that there were stinky pee stains on carpet. If not going to shampoo it, replace with vinyl.
Got the job done
Olympic Inn & SuitesFirst room reeked of pee when we opened door, but we were moved to another upon our request. The rooms need new carpet and mattresses but everything worked.
So sweet!
Hillcrest InnLove these ladies and their set up. I hate to dock any points but the bed was really saggy. I did not sleep well on it. But they are great with dogs and had laundry facilities that we really needed. I would stay again in spite of the bed.
Friendly but not clean
Global INNNice people from check in to check out but a really run down and dirty room. The shower fan was caked so that you couldn't see the vents at all, the walls and even the ceiling had godknowswhat on them. The coffee pot only brewed if you stood there holding the brew button the whole while. Traffic was very loud as this sits on a 40 foot strip of land between two major roads, one of which had to be crossed to find a grassy spot. People were nice but I wouldn't stay again.
So Uncomfortable
Blue Coast Inn and SuitesSeriously one of the most uncomfortable motels we've ever stayed in. We contemplated packing up and driving farther to find another place where the bed springs wouldn't be jabbing us but were just too tired after a very long day. Management made us switch rooms from 1st night to 2nd night, and both nights told us at 4 pm our rooms weren't ready yet and to come back in an hour. I was focused on having a good attitude for our roadtrip so didn't make a deal about it, but that's really frustrating to have 2 nights somewhere and get moved and told to come back later even for the 2nd night. Why not just keep us where we were? We didn't pack a cooler so we went to the store and bought one to hold our refrigerator stuff in while we were out driving about and without a room. Just annoying. Plus I accidentally left my personal pillow in the room I was in the 1st night. They were really nice trying to help me find it, but it wouldn't have been left in the room if we hadn't been asked to move! Why 2 instead of 1 bone? They have grassy areas to walk dogs, and they even provide poop bags.
Great customer service
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western SusanvilleBut no grassy place to walk dogs.
Rude management!
Motel 6 Sparks NV - Airport - SparksActually left the lobby and drove to another hotel up the road after interaction with this joker.
Good for the price
Quality Inn & Suites Casper Near Event CenterNo frills, that's for sure, but decent accommodations for the price.
Great sleep
Clubhouse Hotel Suites Sioux FallsVery nice bed. Seems like most places that are pet friendly have lumpy old beds. These are fantastic and the yard is huge. They even have bags for poops. We stayed here two years in a row on an annual road trip, and it will be our stop again next year.
