THIEVES

The food was great. Service was not. Orders took 20+ minutes to receive and they entirely forgot the appetizer we ordered until AFTER our meals arrived. I paid the bil with my card and eft the tip in cash. They kept the cash AND CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE TIP AS WELL WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I called to sort it out and was left on hold TWENTY MINUTES and then told to cal back. No hone etiquittewhatsover and I was competey blown off by the employee and the manager. DO NOT EAT HERE.
