Howard Johnson by Wyndham Scott LafayetteThe room was clean but it had a strong cleaning smell to it. Check in they gave the rules, cost an extra $15, can't leave your dog unattended, my room was downstairs but all the way to the end. Plenty of area to walk and I walked her down the street behind the hotel for 30 minutes and it's a safe industrial aera. It is also located next door to a gas station and a Pope's fried chicken and McDonalds. I was able to get coffee at 5 am. I was a bit concerned with lots of male people hanging out by the back door. My new vehicle was safe the next day. TV worked, nice table and chair to eat, microwave and refrigerator too. Towels a bit harsh and rough. Bed was clean but somewhat hard.
