Dog Friendly!

This place is dog friendly! I’ve been coming here for years, but in the last couple months I’ve come even more, and this Hook Burger is awesome for multiple reasons! They use quality ingredients, have nice healthy options, the food is DELICIOUS, they are willing to intricately customize your order, the atmosphere and music is nice for taking a lunch break, and the reward options are cool! One thing thaf really sets this place apart though is the customer service that the staff provides! The smiling and professional way I’m greeted, spoken to, and told goodbye, plus most of the time having the door opened for me as I exit, is an outstanding example of how customers should be treated and shown that their business is appeeciated!!! I worked in customer/food service jobs for years and I have to give the team credit, and especially the management, Jackie and Alina, who have been incredible!!! The way they’ve trained their team to reflect their excellent examples of being hard workers and admirable hosts of this establishment is exceptionally commendable! In an industry where a high standard of customer treatment is losing its foothold, they’ve improved on the classic standard :-). I’ll mention that I had 2 hiccups with only 2 of my orders, and Jackie and Alina cared for my concerns wonderfully! Next, I’ll say that the level of efficiency that they and their team operate this location at is something for other places to strive for. I’ve never waited an unreasonable amount of time for my food here and it’s almost always very quick. And this exemplary food service is always coupled with the warmth of feeling like you’re a local/regular who they express gratitude toward! So if you’re looking for great food and an amazing customer experience that’s not common anymore, swing by Hook Burger in Oxnard and please tell Jackie or Alina that Javi sent you!!! If I ever bring my dog Hulk to this location, I'll try to remember to update my review!
