Not so nice
Sea Garden MotelI was surprised how badly maintained the room was. Patches in the bathroom door that was just just painted over fiber glass mesh that wasn’t even filled. Stains every where. Torn window coverings. A tv that worked for only 10 minutes before it lost the signal. Rusty wall heater. A coke machine right outside the door that when the refrigeration motor kicked in it would wake me. I came down with pink eye the next day. Might have been the bed I don’t know. If this was because it was a pet allowed room, that’s just insulting. I would not recommend it.

Just ok.
Comfort Inn San Diego Old TownPut us in the room directly next to the elevator. The surrounding area floor is uneven slab Rock and you can hear bags being dragged bouncing around while you try to sleep. They also charge you $12 per night to park. It was OK because it was Walking distance to old town. But I will try another hotel.
