Dining in
Ava's Pizzeria & Wine BarVery enjoyable to bring our pooch with us to dine in the back patio. Great pizza. Didn't try the dog menu (picky eater) but nice to eat out and dine inside while on vacation with our pup. Recommend asking to sit far from door though - cold air rushed in and they opened it alot for takeout and deliveries.
Sweet historic B and B
George Brooks House B&BWe enjoyed a peaceful overnight with our pooch. Comfortable room with gas fireplace and excellent breakfast (signature apple-cheese-stuffed French toast). The coffee is always on. Pool looks enticing for a summer visit. Good spot for bird watching too.
Excellent breakfast on the deck
The Kitchen Table RestaurantWe had a classic breakfast for 2, under $20, and the view was worth that and more. Plus our pup was served water with a side of bacon - delish! We will add this as a regular stop on out vacations to SC.
