A little disappointed

Honestly this dog park is an amazing idea in a great location. For the most part, people are fine. I have on occasion run into people who are not and they will gang up against your dog and demand you leave. I have a energetic dog that gets along with other dogs very well. Unfortunately there are a few dogs that frequent this dog park that like to pick fights. When they pick the fight with my dog my dog defends herself and fights back. Sadly, because she is black lab/staffordshire people automatically assume she is dangerous. Despite her never picking the fight, she’s always the one asked to leave. I would say this dog park occasionally has many pretentious people in it with their purebred dogs who look down upon mutts. Whenever they ask my dog to leave, I comply without complaint because I don’t want to cause issues...despite it never being my dog’s fault. Unfortunately the way certain individuals handle things is inappropriate. They aren’t nice when they “demand” I leave and they talk in circles like a clique whenever someone leaves. I just think it’s immature and it saddens me because the only individual that suffers is really my dog. I wish I could say this dog park was great all the time, but sadly it’s hard to tell when the problem-starting people will be there.
