Good Location
Hilton Garden Inn Macon Mercer UniversityThis property is clean and well maintained. Although there is no designated dog walking area the hotel is located adjacent to Mercer University so there is lots of grassy areas to walk but you will need your own waste bags.

Not very dog friendly
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Romeoville ILThe first problem we encountered was the dog walking area is next to the interstate highway with cars and semis zooming past at high spends which terrified our dogs. The next issue was it took 2 days and 3 notifications to the front desk to get waste bags.

Beautiful Location
Kentucky Dam Village State Resort ParkThe property is old but vert well maintained. The views from the rooms are beautiful. Many areas were you can walk your dog either along the lake or in wooded areas. Our dogs loved it and we will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great Hotel
Courtyard by Marriott Jekyll IslandNot only did we enjoy our stay but our 2 dogs (a mini dachshund and a chihuahua) enjoyed it too. Lots of places to walk your dog including the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is beautiful and not overcrowded. We will stay again.

Great Hotel for Dogs
East Bay Inn Historic Inns of Savannah CollectionSome hotels have made us feel they would rather not have our dogs but not East Bay Inn. Upon our arrival they were greeted with a doggie welcome bag that included tasty treats. The staff were all pleasant and several would greet our dogs by name. We will definitely stay again when we visit Savannah again.
