Not great

Although it states recently renovated it didn't look it. Bathrooms are pretty dated, tub had stains and looked gross. Toilet seat was cracked. Overall cleanliness wasn't great. For the price I expected better. There were lots of kids staying overnight, looked like a soccer team. They were running down the hall, very loud. I could hear every word from adjacent room. Breakfast was equally bad.
