My sister Cathy and I have two small dogs. Roxie is a 3 year old Chorkie and Rosie is a 7 year old Chihuahua mix. We've had Roxie since she was 4 wks old....she was found abandoned in a local park. Rosie, we adopted when she was 4. We have no human children, but ones with fur. ♡♡♡

Best Western Plus
Best Western Plus Surprise Phoenix NWThis "Comfort Inn" was technically a Best Western Plus. I had made the reservation prior to calling. When I called the number listed, turns out it was the number for a different Comfort Inn that by the way doesn't accept pets. But the hotel clerk was sooo helpful and accommodating. He informed me that the "Comfort Inn" that I'd reserved a room was now actually a Best Western. He gave me their phone number and thankfully when I spoke to Annie there, she informed me that my reservation was intact and that they did accept pets. You can't imagine my relief to hear this as it was 10pm. Especially since the reason for our stay at a hotel was because our A/C had gone out. Annie made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Best Western has an exemplary employee who truly embodies the hotels mission statement. Thank you Annie and Best Western! We will definitely plan on recommending this hotel for our family's needs.
