WORST GROOMING EVER!!

I had BRITTANY whom I've known for almost 2 yrs put my poor Lilly though living HELL! I've reached out since 4/6/2020 to corporate, customer service & the store by ph, email & as of today 5/5/2020 still NOTHING!! This groomer needs to understand she can't just hurt our animals & get away with it!!
