Bad Service

My boyfriend and I went there with our dog on our last night hoping to have a nice dinner. we were seated on the patio and while looking at the menu and a big party sat down behind us. THEY GOT SERVED BEFORE WE DID. We waited 15 minutes - no one welcomed us, no one asked if we had been helped, the waiters stood around talking and looked at us. the only reason we got served was because I came all the way to the hostess desk and discussed my issue. I have worked in a restaurant for many years and never have I went to a restaurant where the waiters ignored a table. I guess our waiter left to go on a break and didn’t tell anyone. Thats awful training! while the hostess was trying to get us set up with one of their better waiters she had managed to spill the water all over the table and the table had holes. my pants were wet (and it was cold out) and my dog got wet. the only reason I didn’t give it one star because our waiter was actually great. so I ate my dinner sitting in the cold in wet pants.
