STAY AWAY! Kicked my dog and wanted to bill me on top of that

STAY AWAY! This is the most unprofessional and unhelpful place I’ve been to. They kicked my dog!!I needed a form signed by them. They didn’t want to do it and wanted me to leave so the lady kicked my dog! They only care about billing you, not about providing any value to their customers. Ive been bringing my dog here for 8 YEARS for all her vaccinations, routine checkups, and anything that came up. I needed a form signed that says that my dog is up to date with her vaccinations. They were unwilling to do it. Instead they said I have to schedule an appointment for another checkup so that they can bill me for the visit. I was enraged. I needed the form signed that day. The level of apathy shown by ALL of the staff there (including the vet) was astounding- as if they were used to this situation. They have zero inclination to be helpful or do anything other than bill you, and if you stand up for yourself, they physically abuse your pets. You’ve been warned.
