they were very friendly to the puppies, food was good, very casual. The patio is on the backside of the restaurant, right on the water.

nasty area, dogs have to stay in the back area, not by water at all, the guy seating us was rude, didn’t even get a server, we left when the group beside us lit up cigarettes. it looks very scummy. would not eat there.
