Decent price but don't walk the premises at night without your pup

I guess you get what you pay for. Did a late arrival (around 2:30am) and there were quite a few people lurking around the parking lot, smoking and drinking, and watching as you leave your vehicle and walk to your room. A bit shady if you ask me.
