Nothing clean, terrible service

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham St Louis Hazelwood - Airport North

I got to the hotel at 1am to find my room disgusting. The blanket was dirty and stained, there was some substance stuck to the side of the bed, and a glob of who knows what on the floor by the bathroom. When brought to the attention of the staff, we were told there were no clean blankets or any other available rooms in the hotel. Being a dog friendly hotel, you would think they would have a staff that was alright with animals. That was not the case. As soon as the woman from the front desk came in she told us how much she hated dogs and asked if we could keep them far away from her. She laughed at how gross the room was and said she would never stay in it, but there's nothing she could do. I was told that I'd be hearing from the manager the next morning about refunding the room because of the conditions we were given, but never heard anything. 5 days later, the manager refuses to do anything about the stay. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else but to this dump.
