Not so polite, polite breakfast boss
Best Western Plus Indianapolis North at PyramidsNice place, a bit awkward check-in, but the room was quiet and clean. Disappointed in the morning when I was politely asked to leave the breakfast area with my pup. (I will mention he is a service dog and did not have a vest on). I apologized I was told there was a sign. I am new to having a service animal and so (knowing full well the laws) I asked if service dogs were allowed and her tone shifted to one of politeness to one of not so polite. The older woman who apparently is like the breakfast boss informed me that she checked and that service animals were not allowed either!! She completely lied and made up her own rule. I will be reaching out to the hotel manager to inform them all of the laws for their future knowledge.
Kind Staff
Red Roof Inn Jackson OHTraveling with a newly adopted 95 pound fur baby, on a budget. I never stayed at a Red Roof before and was a bit hesitant due to other location’s ratings. The hotel was easy to check in, and the person working the desk was delightful. Hunter smelled the plant in the lobby and started to pee on it, I was not really paying attention and was embarrassed when it happened, but the gal told me not to worry because it’s happened before. The hotel halls needed vacuuming. The room was clean (except the fabric chair had DISGUSTING stains on it, like something may have died and rotted, at least it didn’t smell). I decided to throw the top cover of the bed over it so I didn’t have to look at it. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked, and the shower was hot. For the money I would stay again.
