Pretty beat up
Ramada by Wyndham Coeur d'AleneThe good- room was Ok clean, and the people tried to be helpful. No adjoining rooms so if you travel with multiple people (say kids and A Fido) you’ll be next to each other but connected. Rooms were a bit drab, need a renovation. Is in a part of town that felt sketchy at best. Overall had no problems but I would not stay again
Decent for the price
Comfort Inn Sioux City SouthLike a lot of pet friendly hotels along the I-90 corridor (SC is a bit south but still) the main issue is the hotel needs a renovation. That said, accommodations were nice- street noise was a little loud but quieted down by about 10 or so. Lots of road or other manual labor crews were staying but they were polite, respectful, and quiet. Hard working dudes just relaxing after a long day outside the motel but they gave us 0 problems. Young man who worked the front desk (originally from Florida) was very nice. Only real negative was a heavy cigarette smoke smell in our rooms. One of those where the room probably used to be a smokers room and they will have to replace the carpet, drapes, everything, to get the smell out. But- was clean and worked great. There are a couple other options In SC but this was great for one night and the price, all things considered
Functional
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rapid CityThat’s about the best thing I can say about the hotel. It’s in dire need of a renovation and looks almost nothing like the photos. Rooms are beat up and missing things- no clock in one of our rooms. It’s general clean, but only just barely. The staff is nice but you get the sense they would rather be anywhere else but there. Would only stay at if you had no other opinions really
Highly recommend
3 Rivers HotelNice hotel, clean rooms. Great location right off the Interstate. Will definitely stay again.
