Very pet friendly, from employees to property
La Quinta by Wyndham Houston Humble AtascocitaAll the front desk employees are pet lovers, and the property has a lot of green area to walk your pets. We were placed in one of their "pet dedicated" rooms situated on the ends of the building, near the stairs/side access points. This made it so easy for us to walk our two dogs as often as they liked/wanted. There is an amazing doggy day care/resort about one mile away from this hotel (Fetch Pet Resort). We dropped our dogs off in the morning and picked them up when we were finished at work. There are tons of restaurants and businesses in the area, within walking distance. Wal-Mart is across the street. Good breakfast service offered each morning.

Great location, convenient to Turnpike
Riverfront Park & Off-Leash Dog ParkThis park was easily accessible from the Kansas Turnpike. The park was clean, not too busy, and well maintained. Lots of grassy area, adjacent to a Frisbee Golf course. There were a couple of port-a-potties.
