Clean, but some disappointments

Tv did not work, and when I told the man at the counter the next morning, he blamed the night receptionist for not telling me at check in. Also, the nozzle that switches the water from running in the tub to the shower head was malfunctioning, so it ran half pressure in the shower and half out of the tub faucet. I also informed him of this and he said he had just bought this hotel a month ago so they were still working on things. Would have appreciated some type of discount or something, not excuses.
