Not the best....

Nice hotel but it’s on a part of the Riverwalk where nothing else is located. They also charge you $20 extra a day for parking. Where else are you supposed to park!? There isn’t even enough spots for all of the residence staying at the hotel. We called 45 mins before arriving to see when we could check in because we were evacuating from Hurricane Laura and they told us our room was ready and to come right away. I told her we were 45 mins away. We arrived to find out our room was not ready and we had to wait over 30 minutes with a wild two year old because they didn’t have a room ready. We won’t be staying here again.
