Great location, definitely needs updating

Was pleasantly surprised to get a unit with a kitchenette (2 burner stove, refrigerator, DW and microwave). The location and the view were spectacular. We stayed over the weekend and noted that part of the floor appeared to be rotting where the carpet and rug met in kitchen, and some updates and sprucing up were needed for repairs. All in all though, not a bad place to stay. For the amount we paid $185 per night, it likely due to being on the promenade, very close to the main downtown area. My dog was happy here people and dog watching from the patio, and being on the main floor was definitely a plus. Again, only complaint was that it needs some work. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
