Never Got Served

We ordered drinks waited over 20 minutes
Waitress came back with no drinks
Waitress asked if we were going to order
We said we are still waiting for our drinks that never came
We left
It seemed by waitress’s behavior that she didn’t want to wait on us outside
Food looked delicious but I would not try to eat outside
