Bad, bad, bad

We checked in, went to the room, it was not cleaned. My husband called the front desk and I went 3 doors down and told the cleaning lady our room had not been cleaned. Two hours later and another phone call to the front desk, we were given another room. This property had a lot of trash around the buildings, planters with weeds and no flowers, beach area with litter, uncleaned with old fire pits. Everything outside & on balcony covered in dead bugs. Location was also a mile walk from downtown area. Not a big problem for us, but would be with children or older folks.
