An excellent choice for dog owners
Sea Level Oyster BarA really nice selection of food options and drinks. Modern and spacious inside and out on the back deck. And yes they allow dogs on the front seating area which is pretty well shaded and has about 10 tables.

Super clean facility, friendly staff, central location
Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown an IHG HotelThis was a very nice surprise. The location is close to central activities in the city. Staff were very friendly, and the facility is super modern and clean. Very impressed, would return again.

Very friendly and a secluded location
Cape Pier Chowder HouseVery well setup for all guests, including dogs! Well spaced tables. Good menu choices. Very friendly staff. Many restaurants were not open today (Friday October 2nd), but this place was!
