Great location, lacks amenities

The hotel was wonderful with my fur baby - treats at the front desk, very sweet and engaging. However, the hotel rooms do not have a refrigerator, microwave or a small coffee/tea maker, which most hotels have as a standard offering these days. This was quite frustrating.

They did bring me a refrigerator but I had to ask, and then I had to go down to the front desk every morning to get hot water for my morning drink which was also inconvenient. Also, the couch in my room was stained and the arm had two sizable rips in it. The area for the dogs to go to the bathroom is tiny but it worked. There are longer walks if you leave the hotel area and of course the location is wonderful - close to the beach. However, due to the lack of refrigerator, microwave and coffee/tea maker in the room, I won't stay there again.

Fabulous!

This is such a charming hotel. Oceanfront rooms with great ocean views, beach is dog friendly with dogs on leash, they left a dog bundle of towels and blankets, and breakfast each day was delicious. We have such a great stay and our dogs loved it too! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. I could have stayed another few days it was so wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel - one of our favorites!

Few grassy areas

Beautiful hotel, great location, not much grass around the hotel, but if you walk into the neighborhoods you will find grass. Also, the walk to the pier is very nice.

Great stay!

Stayed at this hotel while Hurrican Ian was going through Florida. Hotel was lovely! Very clean, very dog friendly, and great breakfast.

Great pet friendly hotel

Room was very clean and large with a full kitchenette. Lots of grassy area around the hotel. Great breakfast in the morning. Both my pup and myself enjoyed our stay very much! Nothing but good things to say about it.

Very clean and beautiful

Great hotel, dog friendly, clean and very attractive. They had lots of grass all around the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We stayed for one night while traveling on the 95 through the East Coast states. Not a lot to do around the hotel so I would not suggest staying there as a "fun place" hotel, but great for passing through.

Very dirty hotel room

Hilton Head Island is beautiful and the area in HHI where the hotel is located is wonderful. However, the room was old and dirty in every way. We were only staying for one night on our way to NC so we stayed but if it was any longer we would have left.

Gorgeous Dog Friendly Hotel

Beautiful in every way - room was wonderful, stylish and very comfortable. Main floor with restaurant, bar and lobby was beautiful. Friendly staff and large grassy area for the dogs. Was likely one of the most beautiful dog friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. 5 bones!
