Clean but overpriced
Hampton Inn LumbertonLate night, (we stayed about 8 hours) left early morning. So for $300 with pet fee. I wouldn’t unless no rooms available again. Fridge was barely cold for my travel cooler items, (no freezer for the freezer packs) the walls were paper thin so woke up for everything. They had lotion and shampoo with conditioner and soap in big bottles with steal devices attached to it. They refill them which I found untrustworthy because anyone could put anything to them.
Had snacks and beverages available 24/7, beer and wine, also way over priced. as the rest of place. Pillow and bed were comfortable. Hot breakfast wasn't much different from any other place $200 or less. They did have hot kielbasa (no bacon no sausage) with egg and cheese. The rest was waffle maker, instant grits and oatmeal, and a toaster. Gym opens at 8am and they have it locked up until then, not even to check it out.
If you have the extra money, it’s fine I guess. But for a hard working person, not impressed with bling of the name and waiting area. For dogs, they have garbage and bags but not much room for walking or going to bathroom. And I know people don’t pick up their doggy doo always :/ but they didn’t make sure area was clean either.
kinda rude
Jack Russell's Steak House & Brewerywent in asked about outside seating in 60 something degree’s and they rudely said No i’m not serving outside. May is a no go I take it.
decent location
Super 8 by Wyndham Mentor/Cleveland Areaclean, no continental breakfast, due to covid. (my opinion, cheap. had coffee) none the less good room and grass all the way around hotel nice for the pupps.
